Order delivery times are divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, adaptation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes a further
1 to 6 days to create portable products
1 to 4 days to create non-portable products

Shipping time: this is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Depending on where you live and the shipping options selected when ordering, this can vary from 1 to 20 working days. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, although they may take longer from time to time.
That said, the vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 5 working days.
