The present general conditions of sale govern the relationship between Colors of beauty store and its customers for all orders placed on the site.

The products offered for sale are precisely described on the site. Photographs are non-contractual and may not represent the final product.
 

Product prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include all applicable taxes.

Orders are placed by following the order process on the site. The customer receives a confirmation email once

 
Payment is made by: credit and debit card and bank transfer, in dollars. The order will only be processed once payment

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 48 hours to retract after receiving the products. To exercise this right, the customer must inform Colors of beauty store by email or post.

 
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a delivery error.
 

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer may contact customer service for an exchange or refund.

The personal data collected during the order process is necessary to process the order and will not be used for any other purpose without the customer’s consent.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French and American law. In the event of a dispute, the US and French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
